Everyone loves to rank things. College sports rely on rankings to decide which teams will compete for yearly championships—with millions of dollars at stake for the country’s sports-driven universities.

Billboard has been telling us which songs are most popular across the country with its weekly charts—in particular, its pop-culture meter Hot 100since 1958.

Even Netflix has recently jumped into the game, sharing which shows and movies its ever-growing member base is tuning into each day. (As of this writing, the outrageous Tiger King is the undisputed top cat of the Netflix-verse.)

And so we wanted to share with you the ButcherBox recipes that tend to be most popular. The following lists show which recipes are being used by members and aspiring home chefs looking to cook chicken, beef, pork, or seafood in ways that range from simple to the complex. We’ll also break them down by type.

Tallying how people have already voted, here are the most popular recipes by rating on Just Cook:

1. Grilled Sockeye Salmon with Peppadew Butter, Asparagus and Charred Tomatoes

This recipe is built on the ages-old premise to “keep it simple.” It features easy-to-follow prepping and grilling instructions and simple ingredients: Sockeye salmon, asparagus, cherry tomatoes.

However, there is a bit of a curveball in this recipe with the Peppadew butter. It’s just as fantastic with standard, unsalted butter or another replacement; however, the pepper-flavored butter seems to have really separated this dish from all others on Just Cook.

2. Cumin and Orange Pork Butt

This is a great set-it-and-forget-it recipe. It also requires a small number of ingredients. With a quick and simple spice rub of salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic, and added garlic for robust flavor, this dish finds a sweet balance with the addition of tangy oranges.

The recipe calls for a Dutch oven for cooking low and slow, but you can also use a slow cooker or Instant Pot if you adjust the time (longer for a crockpot, shorter for Instant Pot). And while our recipe features a bone-in pork butt, the boneless variety works amazingly too.

3. Korean BBQ Steak Tips

This recipe is not only one of the highest-rated, but it is also the one that has been viewed the most since we launched Just Cook last year.

The savory dish comes together quite easily by combining steak tips with a homemade Korean barbecue marinade that can also double as a sauce to cover the perfectly cooked tips.

4. Instant Pot Pork Carnitas Lettuce Wraps with Salsa Fresca

This is the perfect dish for taco lovers who want to enjoy perfectly cooked carnitas without corn or flour tortillas. Another recipe that you can prepare and leave to cook in an Instant Pot, the flavors of the pork in this dish are enhanced with the homemade salsa fresca. Oh, and some avocado to top it off, of course.

5. Perfect Pan-Seared Ribeye Steak

Have a frozen ribeye and need to pull together dinner quickly?

This is the ideal recipe for getting a steak from the freezer to the dinner table fast, with a small number of ingredients.

6. Seared Scallops with Bacon Lemon Cream Sauce

A perfect recipe to combine two of our favorite things: Scallops and bacon!

7. GF Beefy Mac n’ Cheese

Ground beef and swiss cheese meld together with pasta for the perfect comfort food.

8. Keto BBQ Pulled Pork

Not only is this pulled pork recipe delicious, but it’s also Keto-friendly.

9. One-Pan Filet Mignon with Rosemary Brown Butter and Sautéed Veggies

Looking for a homemade date night meal? This filet mignon recipe will allow you to get the perfect romantic dinner on the table without a lot of post-meal cleanup in the kitchen.

10. One-Pot Chicken and Spanish Rice

This one-pot meal has a ton of flavor and can feed a crowd. Great for cooler nights.

4. GF Irish Beef Stew

Although perfect with a Guinness sitting by a warm fireplace on a cold winter evening, this beef stew will delight your taste buds any time of year.

5. Pan-Seared Top Sirloin Steaks with Bacon and Brussels Sprout Hash

8. Simple Pan-Seared Scallops

9. Instant Pot Pork Carnitas Lettuce Wraps with Salsa Fresca

Top Breakfast Recipes

While dinner and breakfast are fine times to gather around the table, eat delicious food, and share stories, we believe breakfast is the powerhouse meal of the day. It’s when all the key discussions occur, when everyone gets in the state of mind to take on the day, and when bacon and sausage figure prominently.

1. Sunny Breakfast Sausage Scramble with Avocado

2. Southwestern Frittata

3. Bacon and Gruyere Kugel

4. Gluten-Free Cornbread with Breakfast Sausage

5. Bacon Guacamole

Top Grilling Recipes

Whether in the midst of summer or even in the cold grips of winter, we love our grills and cannot get enough of cooking on them. Almost all our steak recipes easily transfer to the grill, especially those that require a marinade. But here are the highest-rated recipes we’ve created with only the outdoor barbecue in mind.

1. Maple Sautéed Rainbow Carrots

2.

3. Bacon Sautéed Green Beans

4. Salmon Croquettes with Remoulade

5. ButcherBox Sausage and Apple Stuffing
