What You Need To Succeed
The Willingness and Ability to Cross-Train and Work in Multiple Positions – We believe in the concept of ONE Kitchen, where your training and flexibility will enable you to become an expert in all Heart of House roles
Skills to Make the Grade – Multi-tasking, following recipes to create delicious dishes
Job Qualifications – Must be at least 18 years of age, any culinary education is a plus!
Perform the Physical Demands – Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop

Join the Red Lobster family as a Host/Hostess where your goal is to make the beginning and end of each guest's dining experience nothing less than extraordinary. Responsibilities will include greeting our guests with friendly conversation, and using a seating chart to seat appropriately.
Each Red Lobster restaurant has a special device that bakes and broils the lobsters without burning them. Since these special broilers don't come with most homes, I've created a cooking method using a conventional oven that produces broiled lobster just like that which you can dig into at the restaurant.
As part of SHRIMP YOUR WAY℠, guests can create their perfect meal by choosing any two or three shrimp preparations. Guests interested in satisfying even more cravings can choose to go endless with Ultimate ENDLESS SHRIMP℠ by choosing three delicious shrimp preparations to start and order more when they are ready.
The lobster can go right on top of each other directly over the water. Bring the seasoned water to a rolling boil. Add lobsters to boiling water and cover with a tightly fitting lid. You can add in as many lobster as your pot will allow, just make sure the cover of the pot is sealed tightly.
